Job Summary
Provide psychosocial and clinical assessments, participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, complete documentation in the EMR in accordance with standards, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, provide crisis intervention when needed, attend trainings and meetings, and deliver compassionate clinical care within a recovery-focused program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with clinical specialty in human services), or a related field preferred
- Certification such as AAC, CAAC, CADC, or CAADC through the Pennsylvania Certification Board preferred
- Professional licensure through the Department of State and/or PCB credentialing preferred
