Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and clinical assessments for clients seeking recovery from substance use disorders. Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to present patient updates and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans. Provide crisis intervention when clinically necessary while completing all required documentation in the EMR according to regulatory and quality assurance standards. Attend mandatory trainings, meetings, and professional development sessions. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with every sixth weekend rotation. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or a related field
- Certification such as AAC, CAAC, CADC, or CAADC through the Pennsylvania Certification Board
- Professional licensure through the Department of State and/or PCB credentialing
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Plus every 6th weekend rotation
Desired Qualifications
