Job Summary
Answer phone calls and emails from MROs, clients, donors, and laboratories regarding results, testing, and document processing. Coordinate receipt of source documents with the MRO, resolve inconsistencies, and compile, sort, and verify accuracy of all results in the review process. Document detailed client/donor interactions, request necessary documentation from vendors or clinics, and address medical confidentiality issues. Maintain company random drug and alcohol testing pools, conduct name draws, and provide statistical data to clients while ensuring DOT regulation compliance. Participate in on-call coverage outside regular business hours, including mandatory shifts, and perform additional duties as identified by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Post high school education in business, healthcare, or related field preferred
- Knowledge and/or experience in the field of drug and alcohol collection processes preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with clients at all levels
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability of maintaining privacy and confidentiality
- Critical thinking skills
- Make independent decisions in accordance with company policy and procedures
- Demonstrate ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness

- Work Environment must be free from background noise and distraction
