Job Summary

Conduct formal clinical assessments of clients upon admission and provide diagnostic evaluations for Drug Court and prison assessments. Deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy to clients across the age and diagnostic spectrum while developing and overseeing treatment plans. Perform crisis assessment and stabilization services as clinically necessary, ensuring a balance between treatment modalities. Maintain accurate clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, and participate in required supervision and staff meetings. Establish professional relationships with payers, community support systems, and local providers to enhance program service delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a clinical discipline for mental health therapists
  • One year of experience in the behavioral health field
  • 1 year of experience providing therapeutic services to justice-involved individuals, including those currently or formerly incarcerated
  • Familiarity with court systems
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with legal professionals and correctional institutions
  • Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance
  • Criminal clearance
  • Fingerprint-based federal criminal history
  • Verification that the employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list

Desired Qualifications

  • LPC Licensed Preferred
  • LCSW
  • PsyD
  • Co-occurring professional certification
  • Clinical supervision leading to licensure
