Job Summary
The Outpatient Therapist will conduct formal clinical assessments upon admission, oversee treatment plan implementation, and provide necessary crisis assessment and stabilization services. Responsibilities include performing group, family, and individual therapy, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in a clinical discipline, one year of relevant experience in behavioral health, and preferred licensure as LPC. Candidates should have experience with justice-involved individuals and requirements for clearances in Pennsylvania.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a clinical discipline
- One year of experience in the behavioral health field
- 1 year of experience providing therapeutic services to justice-involved individuals
- Licensure: LPC Licensed Preferred (LCSW, PsyD a plus)
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance
- Criminal clearance
- Fingerprint-based federal criminal history
- Verification that the employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
