Job Summary

Conduct formal clinical assessments and provide diagnostic evaluations for clients upon admission. Deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy while developing and overseeing treatment plans. Perform crisis assessment and stabilization services as clinically necessary, and execute substance abuse treatment protocols. Maintain accurate clinical documentation including progress notes and discharge summaries. Collaborate with Drug Court, prison assessments, and community support systems to establish strong professional relationships. Participate in peer supervision, staff meetings, and agency committees to enhance program services.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a clinical discipline for mental health therapists
  • One year of experience in the behavioral health field
  • 1 year of experience providing therapeutic services to justice-involved individuals, including those currently or formerly incarcerated
  • Familiarity with court systems
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with legal professionals and correctional institutions
  • Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance
  • Criminal clearance
  • Fingerprint-based federal criminal history
  • Verification that the employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list

Desired Qualifications

  • LPC Licensed Preferred
  • LCSW
  • PsyD
  • Co-occurring professional certification
  • Clinical supervision leading to licensure
