Drug Access Navigator - 12 month contract

Job Summary
Provide patient and health care provider support for medication access, including information on Patient Support services, diseases and therapies; conduct needs assessments related to medication access; liaise between patients, families, health care providers and payers; answer general inquiries about program services and disease states; support ongoing patient adherence; manage case files, data collection, and audits; coordinate funding with reimbursement specialists; participate in trainings and pharmaceutical meetings; educate patients and providers on Patient Support Program services; liaise with pharmacies, infusion clinics, and advocacy groups; support onboarding of new Drug Access Navigators; report adverse events per SOP; standby/on-call duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- minimum three (3) years in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or insurance industry or related experience
- bilingualism (French and English) strongly preferred
