Job Summary
DRS Solutions Sales Enablement Manager role within Brink’s Europe product team. You will bring DRS solutions (Digital Retail Solutions – cash equipment, self-check-out, assisted teller solutions, smart safes) to life in the commercial process by translating product capabilities into customer value, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, and partnering with sales teams and customers. Responsibilities include supporting the sales process during RFPs, unsolicited proposals, and PoCs; developing and maintaining solution collateral, playbooks, and reference materials; shaping the solution strategy, pricing, and unique selling proposition; engaging with Product Management, Sales, and Pricing for complex offers; capturing market insights and customer feedback to inform product development; and enabling go-to-market execution. The role requires strong sales acumen in retail, deep DRS/cash-management technology knowledge, excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to lead multiple priorities. Additional requirements include willingness to travel within the region (as much as weekly, ~50%). Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with a Master’s degree preferred and at least 10 years of sales experience in retail, with leadership and customer-centric mindset.
