Job Summary
Conduct daily soft and hard count drops on the casino floor, including slots, kiosks, and blind drops, while adhering to Internal Control Standards and company policies. Perform drop setup and execute other duties as assigned. Maintain strict confidentiality, exercise good judgment in fast-paced environments, and multi-task while handling stress effectively. Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, requiring the ability to stand, lift 25 lbs, and use a smartphone for company applications.
Required Qualifications
- Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Windows).
- Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs., stand, kneel, bend, stoop, and squat during shift.
- Ability to calculate and apply basic math concepts.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission key gaming license.
- A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required.
- All employees are required to proficiently use a smartphone for company applications, email, and text.
- Must be able to work independently and exercise good judgment in handling a variety of situations.
- Must have excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Must be a detail oriented, organized individual with the ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Display strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a Team Player.
- Must be able to work various hours, as needed, including weekends and holidays.
- Must present self in a well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Team Member must be able to lift to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to handle stress effectively.
