Job Summary
Collect cash and ticket cassettes from electronic gaming machines, replace them with empty cassettes, and perform similar drop pulls for table games, pull tab, Keno, and vending machines. Reconcile collected monies from slots, poker tables, and other machines, then prepare daily deposits for slots, lotteries, food and beverage, and table games. Participate in float preparation, loading, and unloading of ticket redemption machines and ATMs, while verifying and reconciling money delivered from banks or vending machine companies. Ensure proper machine maintenance documentation and replenish pull tab machines where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Self-motivated and works well with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented, reliable, punctual, efficient, and diligent in duties and responsibilities
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively
- Ability to operate cash and coin counting machines
- Working knowledge with computer skills in spreadsheets
