Job Summary
Collect cash and ticket cassettes from electronic gaming machines and count monies from slot machines. Perform drop and count procedures for multiple store locations daily while maintaining accurate documentation of all transactions. Reconcile funds and safeguard company assets by adhering to company policies and gaming regulatory requirements. This role requires a high level of dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a physically active environment involving standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Demonstrated reliability and strong attendance record
- Basic math skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately
- Valid Nevada driver's license with a clean, current DMV printout
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations
- Must obtain Gaming Registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board
- Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to read and communicate verbally in English
- Written communication skills in English
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to list a minimum of 40 lbs frequently
- Ability to bend, twist and kneel
- Ability to stand, stoop, lift, wipe, reach and type without assistance from others
