Job Summary
Operate a drop mill to process compounds per specifications, maintaining quality control by monitoring production output and ensuring the correct batch milling. Responsibilities include identifying issues with the product or process, correctly batching milled materials, and cleaning belts, pans, and knives between compounds. Follow all safety procedures and assist in modifying/updating procedures as needed. Proficiently operate a forklift for various functions. Requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work safely and efficiently. 2nd shift hours are 2:45pm-11:00pm; overtime and weekend work may be required. High School or GED preferred; basic computer skills expected. Location: Cambridge, OH; on-site work considered.
