Job Summary
Drop/Count Representative responsible for secure collection and counting of gaming proceeds from slot machines and other gaming devices, maintaining chain of custody, and ensuring accuracy, accountability, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Duties include removing cash boxes from gaming machines, transporting drops to the count room, counting and reconciling currency, documenting results, identifying discrepancies, and assisting with audits and reviews. Requires knowledge of cash handling, basic accounting, strong attention to detail, ability to follow strict procedures, and ability to work as part of a regulated security-conscious team. Must have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of cash handling or related experience, and be eligible for and obtain a Tribal Gaming License; background investigation required. Preferred qualifications include experience in casino count room operations and familiarity with gaming systems and count equipment.
