Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for preventative maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across building properties. Responsibilities include inspecting and repairing mechanical/electrical/plumbing equipment, checking boilers and hot water heaters, coordinating with outside contractors, scheduling extermination as needed, maintaining logs and records of work performed, inventorying maintenance supplies, ensuring walkways are safe and clear, repairing building components (doors, fixtures, light carpentry), and assisting management with projects and other duties. Must have strong plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills, a valid driver’s license, and be reliable, organized, and communicative; bilingual abilities are preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM; pay rate is $28/hour; full-time benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Requires strong plumbing, electric and carpentry experience.
- Valid Driver's License
- Bilingual is preferred.
