Job Summary
Teach safe, confident driving techniques during behind-the-wheel lessons, coaching students of varying ages and experience levels. Explain traffic laws, defensive driving, and accident prevention while guiding learners through parking, lane changes, turns, and highway driving. Customize lessons based on each student's learning style and progress, providing encouragement, constructive feedback, and clear instruction to create a positive, calm environment. Help students prepare for success on their driving test and beyond. Full-time or part-time opportunities available with flexible day and evening shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience
- Basic computer proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Florida traffic laws and safe driving practices
- Must be able to reliably commute to the area before beginning employment
- Relocate before starting work

- Experience teaching, coaching, mentoring, or training others
- Experience working with students
- High school diploma or equivalent
