Job Summary
In a company-provided vehicle, educate and advise students while teaching the fundamentals of operating a car behind the wheel; training through a paid program to obtain state instructor certification; lessons conducted in Coastline Car with dashboard camera; 2-hour afternoon/evening lessons typical; 40 hours of training (15 hours at home, 25 hours behind-the-wheel) plus 25 hours in-person behind-the-wheel training; responsibilities include teaching driving skills, rules of the road, documenting progress, and maintaining professionalism; requires valid state driver's license, HS diploma/GED, background/drug/reference checks, and 10 years of legal driving experience; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to remain calm in a learning environment
- A valid State Driver's License in the state you wish to work in
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and reference check
- Must have 10 years of legal driving experience
- A strong safety mindset and strong reasoning ability
- Ability to give clear instruction, coach, communicate effectively to others
- Ability to focus for extended periods of time
