Job Summary
In a company-provided vehicle, educate and advise students while teaching them the fundamentals of operating a car behind the wheel. Training will help you obtain the state-required driving instructor certification through a paid program. You will conduct in-car lessons, shadow trainings, and report on students’ progress, delivering clear instruction and maintaining professionalism. Required Qualifications
- A genuine passion for helping people learn
- Ability to remain calm in a learning environment
- A valid State Driver's License in the state you wish to work in
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and reference check
- Must have 10 years of legal driving experience
- A strong safety mindset and strong reasoning ability
- Ability to give clear instruction, coach, communicate effectively to others
- Ability to focus for extended periods of time
