Job Summary
Teach driving fundamentals in a Coastline Academy car, educate and advise students behind the wheel, and support state certification through our paid training program. Training includes 60 hours (40 hours at home + 20 hours in-car) and in-person behind-the-wheel instruction in your local area, with shadowing and multiple training sessions with a Certified Trainer. Responsibilities include teaching practical driving skills, explaining traffic rules, documenting student progress, maintaining safety and professionalism, and attending team meetings. Requires a valid CA driver’s license, HS diploma or GED, and the ability to pass background, drug, and reference checks; candidates should have 10 years of legal driving experience and a strong safety mindset.
