Driving Instructor - CA

Teach driving skills in a Coastline car and guide students through the fundamentals of operating a vehicle; provide instruction on the rules of the road and help students develop confidence in their driving abilities; gain control of the vehicle in emergency situations; document student progress and maintain professional communication with supervisors and team; participate in paid training to obtain state instructor certification; in-person behind-the-wheel training in your local area; training includes 60 hours (40 hours at home reading/modules and 20 hours in-car) with 60 hours of learning and shadowing/3x4 hour training with a Certified Trainer; in this role, you’ll work primarily in the afternoons and weekends and must maintain a strong safety mindset and effective instructional communication.
