Job Summary
Teach driving skills in a Coastline Car to students, provide instruction on the rules of the road, help students develop confidence in their driving abilities, gain control of the vehicle during emergency situations, document and report on students' progress, maintain timely communication with supervision and team, attend team meetings for updates and development; training includes 60 hours (40 hours at home reading/modules and 20 hours behind-the-wheel in-person) with in-person, local-area behind-the-wheel training; requires a valid driver's license, HS diploma or GED, and 10 years of legal driving experience; must pass background, drug, and reference checks; company provides vehicle for lessons; lessons primarily occur afternoons and weekends.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to remain calm in a learning environment
- A valid State Driver's License in the state you wish to work in
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and reference check
- Must have 10 years of legal driving experience
- A strong safety mindset and strong reasoning ability
- Ability to give clear instruction, coach, communicate effectively to others
- Ability to focus for extended periods of time
