Driver

As a Driver for Watermark Retirement Communities, you will directly contribute to extraordinary service and meaningful resident relationships in a fast-paced senior-living environment. You will leverage strong driving skills and a clean driving record to transport and assist residents, coordinate with a caring team, and support daily operations. Key responsibilities include providing reliable transportation services, communicating effectively with residents and staff, maintaining safety and organization, and supporting the community’s mission of delivering joyful, high-quality care to residents. Required qualifications include a minimum of 3 years of driving experience, a valid driver’s license (CDL when applicable), ability to work weekends/holidays, excellent work ethic, strong communication, and high organization. The role emphasizes service excellence, resident interaction, safety, reliability, and ongoing skill development. Education and training programs are available.
