Job Summary
Part-time Driver/Warehouse Worker in Cheektowaga, NY performing delivery/pick-up, loading/unloading, inventory control, and related warehouse duties. Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, DOT paperwork, ERP system use, accurate packing/shipment preparation, COD collection as required, customer service, safety compliance, and operating equipment (forklifts, cranes, calipers) as trained. Requires valid NY CDL A or B, DOT Medical Certification, Real ID as needed, FMCSA Clearinghouse registration, and high school diploma or equivalent (strongly preferred); reliable on-site attendance and adherence to FMCSA/FMCSA Clearinghouse regulations; wage range $19.00–$27.50/hour with potential additional incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Valid NY State CDL A or B driver’s license
- DOT Medical Certification
- Real ID or equivalent (based on territory)
- FMCSA Clearinghouse registration and knowledge of State/Federal transport regulations
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalent strongly preferred
- Competitive driving skills with one year driving experience preferred
- Ability to read and write English; good communication; ERP system proficiency; math/calibration/measurement skills
- Ability to operate material handling equipment after training
- Ability to perform duties safely and follow safety policies
