Job Summary
Execute daily product deliveries across assigned routes and manage warehouse operations including building orders, stocking trucks, and repackaging goods from case to case. Operate electric and manual lifts, pallet jacks, and forklifts to move materials safely while inspecting equipment for mechanical issues. Maintain accurate documentation, follow safety protocols and Virginia ABC regulations, and perform physically demanding tasks involving lifting up to 160 pounds in varying temperatures. Work weekdays with a flexible schedule, standing for extended periods and multitasking in a team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Over the age of 21
- Requires a clean driving record with no DUIs
- A valid driver's license for the last three years
- Must be able to understand safety rules, Virginia ABC Alcohol Regulations, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures
- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekdays
- Must have the ability to multitask and solve problems
- Must be able to effectively communicate and understand directions
- Must be willing to perform a variety of tasks as assigned
- Interest in self-development, willingness to learn, and ability to succeed in a team environment
- Ability to continually lift up to 65 pounds and able to move 160 pounds regularly

- Must be able to occasionally lift or maneuver kegs weighing up to 160 lbs
- Must be able to push and pull loaded dollies or pallet jacks
- Must be able to tolerate varying weather and temperature conditions (including walk-in coolers)
- Must be able to perform physically demanding work for a full shift (typically 8–10+ hours)
- Adequate vision and hearing are required for safe driving and warehouse navigation
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in operating warehouse equipment
- Certified to operate a Forklift
- Good mechanical skills and understanding of machinery
