Job Summary
Pick up and deliver product for the Meals on Wheels program while overseeing proper storage and staging orders in the warehouse. Safely drive Agency vehicles up to 30 feet in length, maintaining quality control measures during all deliveries. Assist with loading meals and other food products, operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scales, and follow established delivery and client service procedures. Clean Agency vehicles and maintain a structured warehouse environment. Fill in for delivery needs when business activity or driver shortages occur. This full-time role pays $18.00 per hour and requires a valid Nevada driver's license and one year of driving experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of driving experience
- work experience in a warehouse, delivery or related equivalent experience
- Must be at least 25 years old
- valid State of Nevada driver's license
- able to drive routes when necessary
- current minimum Nevada state required auto insurance
- Must have ability to drive a vehicle throughout entire shift
- Must be able to get in and out of delivery vehicle repeatedly throughout the day as necessary
- Ability to continuously sit and/or stand
- Ability to climb stairs as needed
- Walking, bending, and lifting are required
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
