Job Summary
Load and unload HVAC products daily for delivery to customers, vendors, or Sales Centers while collecting invoices with signatures. Operate a truck safely, maintaining it through daily checklists and reporting in/out times with merchandise returns. Assist in warehouse operations by performing inventory counts, picking orders, and verifying shipments. Adhere to all safety protocols, utilize PPE, and report hazards immediately. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure proper handling of all equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-year truck driving experience
- Box Truck delivery experience
- A valid Department of Transportation (DOT) medical certificate
- Ability to meet DOT physical qualification standards
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age
- A valid driver's license (if driving is an essential function of the role)
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
Desired Qualifications
- CDL license
- Warehouse experience, including driving a forklift/appliance lift
- Demonstrated interest in continuous learning, mentoring, and leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
- Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to develop long term relationships
- Excellent analytical aptitude with the ability to analyze/interpret data
- Strong and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proactively seeks continuous process and service improvements
