Job Summary
Deliver HVAC products and materials safely to customers, vendors, and Sales Centers while maintaining exceptional customer service. Perform daily loading and unloading of truck inventory, collect invoices with signatures, and return them to the Sales Center Manager. Assist with warehouse operations including inventory counts, order picking, and verifying shipments. Conduct daily truck maintenance checklists, report in/out times, and manage merchandise returns. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to position and move parts up to 50 pounds. Adhere to all safety protocols, utilize PPE, and report hazards immediately to management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-year truck driving experience
- Box Truck delivery experience
- A valid Department of Transportation (DOT) medical certificate
- Ability to meet DOT physical qualification standards
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age
- A valid driver's license (if driving is an essential function of the role)
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
Desired Qualifications
- CDL licenses
- Warehouse experience, including driving a forklift/appliance lift
- Demonstrated interest in continuous learning, mentoring, and leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
- Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to develop long-term relationships
- Excellent analytical aptitude with the ability to analyze/interpret data
- Strong and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proactively seeks continuous process and service improvements
