Job Summary
Deliver HVAC products to customers and Sales Centers while maintaining truck cleanliness and safety protocols. Perform daily loading and unloading of merchandise, collect invoices with signatures, and manage in/out times. Assist with warehouse inventory counts, order picking, and verifying orders. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, and ensure proper handling and storage of all goods. Report safety hazards immediately and participate in regular safety training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-year truck driving experience
- Box Truck delivery experience
- A valid Department of Transportation (DOT) medical certificate
- Ability to meet DOT physical qualification standards
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age
- A valid driver's license (if driving is an essential function of the role)
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
Desired Qualifications
- CDL licenses
- Warehouse experience, including driving a forklift/appliance lift
- Demonstrated interest in continuous learning, mentoring, and leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
- Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to develop long-term relationships
- Excellent analytical aptitude with the ability to analyze/interpret data
- Strong and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proactively seeks continuous process and service improvements
