Job Summary
Deliver catering orders and concierge items safely and timely at FBO and client locations while maintaining delivery vehicles and ensuring food-safety compliance. Use Shipday for all logistics, including delivery photos and recipient names, and serve customers to obtain feedback relayed to the General Manager. Act as an on-site problem solver with authority to make decisions regarding customer satisfaction, safety, and cost. Maintain the vehicle fleet by conducting inspections, servicing, cleaning, and refueling before final runs, while assisting with silverware assembly and kitchen prep when staffing shortages occur. Adhere to FAA on-ramp security clearance, airport badging requirements, and all local and federal driving regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Previous face-to-face customer service experience in the aviation, food services, or hospitality industry
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain attention to details
- Excellent driving record
- Ability to pass a FAA on-ramp security clearance
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to travel in accordance with the current ACW Travel Policy
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to apply good judgement understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
