Job Summary
Deliver catering orders and concierge items safely and timely in compliance with Air Culinaire Worldwide Standard Operating Procedures, utilizing Shipday for all logistics and capturing delivery photos and recipient names. Maintain the vehicle fleet by conducting regular inspections, cleaning vehicles weekly, managing fuel levels, and ensuring Geotab devices and key fobs are operational. Serve customers directly to obtain feedback, act as an on-site problem solver with authority to make decisions regarding safety and cost, and cross-train for kitchen prep during staffing shortages. Adhere to all aviation and airport regulations, including TSA confirmations and badging requirements, while maintaining professional attire and communicating via company radios.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Previous face-to-face customer service experience in the aviation, food services, or hospitality industry
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain attention to details
- Excellent driving record
- Ability to pass a FAA on-ramp security clearance
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to travel in accordance with the current ACW Travel Policy
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to apply good judgement understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to regularly sit and talk or hear
- Ability to frequently use hands to handle, reach and carry with hands and arms
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
