Job Summary
Deliver catering orders and concierge items for Air Culinaire Worldwide, maintain and clean company vehicles, and use Shipday for all order logistics including delivery photos and recipient names. Provide on-site customer service at ACW locations, communicate feedback to the General Manager, and act as an on-site problem solver following company safety, customer-satisfaction, and cost procedures. Maintain compliance with safety rules, TSA/airport requirements, and vehicle maintenance, while adhering to company procedures and uniforms; travel and weekend/holiday coverage may be required.
Required Qualifications
- A High School diploma is required.
- Previous face-to-face customer service experience in the aviation, food services, or hospitality industry is essential.
- The individual must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Must possess a sense of urgency at all times and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to details.
- Prior delivery driving experience preferred.
- The Driver must have an excellent driving record and be able to pass a FAA on-ramp security clearance.
