Job Summary
Perform airport and scheduled employee transfers, preparing vehicles for each trip by washing, refueling, and checking required items. Plan optimal routes using Waze, follow traffic regulations, and provide luggage assistance during transfers. Deliver correspondence, documents, and parcels between offices and counterparties, while assisting with moving office equipment during relocations. Handle household or supply purchases, pay utility bills, record expenses with receipts, and coordinate vehicle repairs for malfunctions. Maintain a valid driver's license, two years of experience, and knowledge of Dubai roads. Schedule allows flexible hours with two days off weekly, including occasional night transfers with rest breaks.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License — Category B or B2
- At least 2 years of professional driving experience
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic regulations, and city geography, including major districts and locations
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and vehicle structure
- English — B1 (Intermediate) level
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable approach to work
- Ability to provide a high level of service and maintain a professional attitude
- Must be available for transfers that may take place during night hours, with appropriate rest time scheduled between shifts
- Must be available for weekend shifts (implied by 'Two days off per week; days are not fixed and will be scheduled according to operational needs')
