Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, operate communication equipment, and check all load-related documentation for accuracy. Couple or uncouple trailers, check vehicle conditions, and perform basic maintenance tasks like adding fluids. Report defects, accidents, or damage, and maintain logs of working hours or vehicle service status. Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered goods and collect payment when required.
