Driver Trainer

Job Summary
Deliver classroom, skills and on-the-road training to new and existing school bus drivers; support the candidate pipeline through onboarding and training activities; coach and mentor drivers on safety, regulatory compliance, and confidence-building; maintain training records per provincial and contract requirements; travel within the assigned region to deliver training and meet operational needs; flexible availability Monday–Friday with potential weekend/seasonal coverage; role requires leadership, mentoring, and a focus on safety excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class B (or higher) license with appropriate endorsements
- Minimum 3 years of school bus or commercial driving experience
- Clean driver abstract with no preventable collisions or moving violations in past 3 years (dated within past 30 days)
