Driver Trainer

Conduct field-based coaching and assessments to improve driver behavior using telematics data and operational performance reports. Address root causes of accidents, fuel overconsumption, speeding, and vehicle abuse through targeted corrective interventions. Develop and monitor improvement plans for underperforming drivers while conducting practical evaluations, route observations, and competency assessments. Ensure adherence to company standards, legal requirements, and safe operating procedures by assisting in accident investigations and translating lessons learned into training programs. Execute induction, refresher, and remedial programs based on identified risks and establish measurable performance standards to drive fleet improvement.
