Job Summary
Complete Republic Services' CDL training program, including classroom study, on-route training, and driving experience to pass the state examination. Operate heavy trucks along designated routes, performing pre- and post-operation inspections, lifting refuse, and disposing of collected material at facilities. Monitor waste for unacceptable containers, report safety issues, and maintain vehicle operational readiness. After obtaining a CDL, perform all driver responsibilities in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, or Roll-Off lines. Complete twelve full months of employment post-CDL.
Required Qualifications
- No prohibitions to acquiring a commercial drivers' license
