Job Summary
Complete Republic Services' CDL training program, including classroom study, on-route training, and driving experience to pass the state examination. Operate heavy trucks along designated routes, performing pre- and post-operation inspections, loading refuse, and disposing of collected material at facilities. Monitor waste for unacceptable items, tag unsatisfactory containers, and ensure vehicle readiness to minimize downtime. Successfully complete twelve full months of employment in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, or Roll-Off lines after obtaining a CDL.
Required Qualifications
- No prohibitions to acquiring a commercial drivers' license
