Job Summary
Driver Trainee role focused on training across sales-team duties with emphasis on customer-site product delivery, stocking, display, and inventory management. Responsibilities include delivering and rotating products at customer locations, invoicing and collecting payments, maintaining customer product inventories, communicating with retailers and Pepsi management, adhering to OSHA/safety standards, maintaining DOT logs, and developing strong relationships with customers. Requires high school diploma or GED and a valid Class A CDL; prior sales experience in consumer products is preferred. The position is in-person at Franklin Furnace, OH, and involves operating a delivery vehicle, handling beverage products, and learning to use equipment like hand carts, pallet jacks, and other fixtures while meeting workload demands.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6-12 months of previous sales experience with a consumer product line and customer relations experience
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

- Knowledge of stocking, rotating and displaying products; retail sales environment; product line; beverage industry
- Ability to read diagrams and maps; communicate effectively with customers; relate to customers and develop good working relationships
- Be trained on equipment such as hand cart, pallet jack, straddle stacker, handheld computer and printer
