Job Summary

Deliver, stock, rotate, display, and maintain products at customer locations while building relationships with retailers, account managers, and internal teams. Invoice customers, collect payment, and handle alcoholic products in compliance with safety standards and Pepsi policies. Maintain inventory between scheduled deliveries, complete DOT logs, and protect confidential pricing information. Operate a combination vehicle, lift heavy products, and use mechanical equipment including hand carts and pallet jacks. Work assigned 4-day, 10-hour shifts starting at 5am, maintain regular attendance, and perform overtime as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
  • employee must be insurable to operate a vehicle
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 6-12 months of previous sales experience

  • Knowledge of: stocking, rotating and displaying products

  • Must be able to build positive relationships with customers, consumers, Territory Account Managers, Territory Delivery Managers, and internal Pepsi teams
  • Must be able to invoice customers and collect payment
  • Must be able to handle, stock, and organize alcoholic products
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with retailers, Pepsi management, supervisors, and co-workers
  • Must be able to follow company policies, safety requirements, AIB and Pepsi standards, and applicable laws
  • Must be able to wear required PPE
  • Must be able to maintain customer inventory by delivering appropriate product quantities between scheduled deliveries
  • Must be able to complete required paperwork, including DOT logs
  • Must be able to protect confidential pricing, promotion, and customer information
  • Must be able to work assigned schedule
