Driver Trainee-2

Driver Trainee will complete Republic Services’ CDL training program to obtain a CDL and then assume Driver responsibilities in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, or Roll-Off operations. The role includes on-route training, access to a loaned truck, classroom study, and resources to take the CDL examination, followed by performing Driver duties after obtaining a CDL. Learn to conduct pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections, operate heavy or commercial trucks, read route sheets, serve customers along the route, load and unload waste, and follow safety policies. After CDL, perform Driver responsibilities in one of the company’s lines of business and participate in ongoing safety and operational duties.
