Secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices during trips and assist disabled or elderly residents in and out of vehicles and buildings. Deliver and pick up work items such as x-rays, pharmaceuticals, and medical records while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Clean and service the vehicle, reporting all repairs or unsafe situations immediately to the supervisor. Maintain flexibility for special occasions and schedules while using tact with facility personnel, residents, and community contacts. A driver's license with a clean record is required, with previous healthcare experience preferred.
