Driver Talent & Engagement Specialist

Driver Talent & Engagement Specialist responsible for recruiting drivers, onboarding Independent Contractors, and driving engagement and retention. Develop and execute strategies to attract driver candidates, create strong candidate pipelines, lead onboarding sessions, and provide ongoing support to drivers. Build relationships with active drivers, address concerns, and collaborate with leadership on retention initiatives. Maintain recruiting/onboarding/retention records, track hiring performance and metrics, and share insights with leadership. Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and multi-tasking skills required. Pensacola-based role with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for career growth.
