Job Summary
Driver Supervisor responsible for coaching, accountability, and operational support within the DFW market. Focus on onboarding and retraining, ride-alongs, driver audits, scorecards, and real-time communication between Drivers and Operations. Manages coaching conversations, performance follow-ups, and ensures compliance with company standards while partnering with Operations, Recruiting, Dispatch, and Leadership to enhance driver engagement and fleet stability.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach, mentor, and hold others accountable professionally
- Strong operational awareness and problem-solving ability
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments
- Strong follow-through and organizational skills
- Comfortable handling difficult conversations directly and respectfully
- Previous courier, transportation, logistics, dispatch, or operational leadership experience preferred
- Field operations or driver management experience strongly preferred
