Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate daily delivery routes while analyzing staffing, routing, and schedules to identify gaps. Train, coach, and develop delivery drivers, swing drivers, and representatives using provided materials to achieve department goals. Manage administrative tasks including recruiting, hiring, payroll records, attendance tracking, and weekly team meetings. Address customer concerns, resolve employee issues, and ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and State Beverage laws. Maintain package integrity, product rotation, and accurate budget analysis. Requires Class A CDL license, physical ability to lift 40 lbs, and willingness to work weekends, holidays, and adverse weather.
Required Qualifications
- Physical ability to complete all job tasks-repetitive lifting, bending, pulling and pushing, the ability to lift to 40 lbs. continuously, overhead
- Willingness to work until the entire job is completed, including working in adverse weather conditions, weekends and holidays as dictated
- Complete all required training and continuing education for position
- Strong managerial, communication, customer service and leadership skills
- Understanding of and competent in computer technology necessary for the position
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Class A CDL License
- Ability to always present yourself in a professional manner
