Job Summary
Monitor, audit, and improve portfolio metrics including Total Supply Hours and Service Scores while deploying Tuesdays through Thursdays for in-person hub visits and vehicle standard audits. Act as an institutional consultant for corporate fleets or scale operations through independent driver community leaders by managing localized communication channels and executing performance interventions. Translate field insights and operational friction into actionable strategies for HQ Supply Development. Leverage strong empathy and relationship-building skills to coach drivers and navigate high-friction scenarios.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management (KAM), B2B Operations, Community Management, or Field Operations within gig-economy platforms
- Exceptional empathy
- Active listening
- A natural disposition for building trust-based, professional relationships
- Strong ability to navigate data dashboards (e.g., Looker)
- Interpret spreadsheet models
- Translate telemetry or service metrics into clear action plans
- The stamina and drive required to coach extensive field operations
- Navigate high-friction scenarios under pressure
- Influence stakeholders without direct authority
- A university degree or equivalent commercial experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience operating structured Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and conducting high-level performance reviews with business owners
- Mastery of decentralized community dynamics
- Event organization
- A basic understanding of behavioral economics or performance-based reward frameworks
