Job Summary
Pick up and deliver orders, ship and receive materials, and maintain stock areas and inventory. Verify merchandise, prepare sales orders, and assist in counter and telephone sales while interacting with customers at the Service Center. Operate company vehicles, motor trucks, and mobile lift equipment to sort assignments and arrange efficient routes. Work from daily schedules and work orders while ensuring accurate data entry and meeting monthly sales goals. This role supports the Service Center operations team to provide first-class service and grow business with existing and new customers.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR)
- 1+ yr+ proven customer service / warehouse experience, ideally in a distribution or parts counter environment
- Basic computer skills, accurate data entry skills, math & mechanical aptitude, basic reading skills
- Use of proper English grammar, written and verbal
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend and regular lifting of 50 lbs. or more
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the US
