Job Summary
Hybrid Driver & Warehouse Associate to drive a box truck for timely deliveries and work in the warehouse to prepare and pull orders. Responsibilities include delivering orders with customer signature, using an RF Scan Gun, loading/unloading trucks, performing basic vehicle maintenance checks, operating a forklift/push-cart, and assisting with warehouse procedures. Requires at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience, a clean driving record, ability to lift 50+ lbs, English proficiency, and willingness to pass background checks and a DOT physical. Family-owned Standards Supply emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a positive, balanced work life; role combines field driving with warehouse duties Monday–Friday.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience (box truck or equivalent)
- A clean driving record
- Read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and communicate with law enforcement and document reports/records as required by the Federal Code of Regulations
- Willingness to pass a background check, drug screening and DOT Physical Exam
- High School Diploma or GED
