Job Summary
Deliver loaded trailers to the shuttle depot and return empty trailers to the branch, maintaining strict delivery time windows. Immediately communicate any problems with the supervisor while performing all duties in accordance with company safety standards. Operate single axle, tandem axle, and double/triple trailers, ensuring a good driving record with no more than one moving violation in the past three years. Pass required drug and physical screening and maintain a valid Class A CDL with Double/Triple Trailer endorsements. Represent Ben E. Keith with professionalism, adhering to dress code and cleanliness standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a good driving record with no more than 1 moving violation in the past three (3) years
- Applicant must pass required Drug and Physical Screening
- At least 1 year of DOT driving experience required
- Must have a valid state issued Class A CDL driver's license with Double/Triple Trailer endorsements
- Ability to operate/drive a single axle with 28 ft., 36 ft., and 48 ft., trailers with tandem axle tractors
- Must have High School Diploma or GED – Work experience may be substituted for education
