Driver - Shuttle Doubles - DOT

Job Summary
Deliver loaded trailers to the shuttle depot and return empty trailers to the branch, maintaining delivery time windows. Immediately communicate problems with a supervisor and perform duties by following company safety standards while representing Ben E. Keith with professionalism. Operate single axle, tandem axle tractors pulling 28, 36, and 48 ft. trailers with a valid Class A CDL and Double/Triple Trailer endorsements. Maintain a good driving record with no more than one moving violation in the past three years and pass required drug and physical screening. This role requires at least one year of DOT driving experience and is part of our Food and Beverage distribution network.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a good driving record with no more than 1 moving violation in the past three (3) years
- Applicant must pass required Drug and Physical Screening
- At least 1 year of DOT driving experience required
- Must have a valid state issued Class A CDL driver's license with Double/Triple Trailer endorsements
- Ability to operate/drive a single axle with 28 ft., 36 ft., and 48 ft., trailers with tandem axle tractors
- Must have High School Diploma or GED – Work experience may be substituted for education
