Job Summary
Oversee daily Driver Services operations by supervising two employees, managing Owner Operator settlements, fuel card administration, and OTR maintenance repair processes. Resolve operational issues with drivers, vendors, and Regional Vice Presidents while conducting reviews of terminated accounts, escrow balances, and vendor month-end statements. Compile ECM data for senior management reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Serve as the acting department lead during the Manager's absence and assist with driver orientation and onboarding activities. Identify process improvements to enhance departmental workflows and driver satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Experience with ECM reporting
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment
