Job Summary
Driver for an assisted living facility transportation team, responsible for safely transporting residents to appointments, outings, and activities, assisting residents in and out of vehicles, maintaining records of trips and mileage, performing pre/post-trip vehicle inspections, and providing a courteous, privacy-conscious, and engaging experience. Will also perform Activities Assistant duties and supervise Wellness staff. Requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, high school diploma or equivalent, flexibility to work varying shifts, ability to interact empathetically with seniors, knowledge of safety protocols for assisting residents, and strong time-management skills to adhere to schedules.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Previous driving experience, preferably in customer service or transportation
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
